  • Investment requirement:

    • Contribute to the National Transformation Fund (USD $150,000 for a single applicant; $200,000 for a family of 4); or

    • Invest in a Government-approved real estate or other project ($350,000), or co-invest $220,000 in an approved Tourism Accommodation project

    • Government and due diligence fees are extra, and based on the number and age of accompanying family members
