NSNP Criteria.
Intend to settle in NS
Intend to manage, invest in, or own a business in NS
Invest at least C$150,000 to start a new business, or purchase at least 33.33% of an existing business
Minimum C$600,000 in legal Net Worth
Minimum age 21 years (no maximum)
Completed at least 12 years of school (completed secondary school)
Minimum 3 years of recent business ownership experience (min.33.3% ownership), or 5 years of senior management experience (in the last 10 years)
Basic proficiency in English or French (minimum CLB 5)
Our Role.
Assists with applicant file preparation, and identifies/resolves potential issues before submitting the application
Counsels on ways to improve the applicant’s EOI score
Manages the entire provincial application process:
Arranges a VIP-level exploratory visit for the applicant:
After interview and Entrepreneur Approval Letter issuance from NSOI, assists the applicant to obtain a Work Permit and move (with his/her family) to NS
Provides complimentary landing and welcoming services:
After running the business from within NS for 1 year, assists the applicant to meet reporting requirements for nomination
Obtains the Nomination Certificate from NSOI
Assists with the preparation and review of the federal immigration application
